Law of Attraction Quote
"Find thoughts that feel good, because it is inevitable that you are going to always be moving toward something. So why not be moving toward something that is pleasing? You can't cease to vibrate, and Law of Attraction will not stop responding to the vibration that you are offering. So, expansion is inevitable. You provide it, whether you know you do, or not. The only question is, what is the standard of joy that you are demanding for yourself? From your Nonphysical perspective, it's a high, high standard. "Abraham Hicks

Happy Mother's Day - Hamilton Waterfront Experience!
So today for mother's day I decided to take a trip down to the BayFront Park in Hamilton, Ontario. It has to be THE happen-ingest place to be during the summer months.
Why you ask? We'll if you're not from Hamilton but thinking about taking a trip, it is definitely a sight to see! Its a destination spot for any sort of outdoor activity, with access to the water to launch boats, you can go rowing, boating (naturally) and sailing.
The path which stretches from Princess Point to the bayfront is great for walking, running, biking, or rollerblading! Everyone is of course super friendly and respect each others mode of transportation even if you're kind of new to rollerblading no ones going to be upset you crossed their paths. :)
Another great area is just a bit further up, where you'll find Willam's coffee pub, that has access to an outdoor patio, you can sit and bask in the sun this summer while enjoying a lunch or just come down for a coffee and or tea!
In that area there is also a outdoor skating rink, (don't have skates, not a problem!) there is a station there which allows you to rent them!! So while you and your family our out for a nice relaxing lunch you can take your kids up there to get some exercise!
Interested in a boating cruse? They have the Hamilton Harbour Queen, enjoy a fun lunch or a dance at night!
In 2006 the Hamilton Waterfront Trust unveiled the first Hamilton Waterfront Trolley and added a second in 2007. The two 37-passenger rubber tired trackless trolleys allow both young and old the opportunity to travel along the Hamilton Waterfront Trail. The 12km trail follows the shoreline of the western portion of the harbour which features many natural and built attractions, including active marine and rail operations, marinas and sailing/rowing clubs, children’s play facilities, historic bridges, and a shoreline and views so natural that you will think you are in Muskoka. Your conductor provides a narrated commentary as you travel in this one of a kind vehicle.
If you want to learn more about a trip out to the Hamilton Waterfront, visit their website and plan a trip today!!

No, that’s not a typo. On this side of the pond, the Brits spell “optimisation” with an “s” instead of a “z.” In Old Blighty, soccer is called “football.” And British beer is served warm.

NewsClipTV - Persistence Pays TV Lori Raudnask Interviews Leadership Coach Blair Singer
In 1982, after a painful divorce and financial hardships, Blair realized the money he made and lost, and the relationships that worked and the ones that didn't, all had one thing in common: Blair! Although obvious in hindsight, at the time it was a rude awakening. He set out on a quest to learn, to grow, to develop and ultimately as he puts it, “Win the battle in my own head,” to master his “Little Voice” that was undermining his happiness and success. So began his 25-year journey working with the most powerful mentors, coaches and personal development gurus in the world. With each technique and insight that he learned from them, he made more money, built better businesses, eventually even found the love of his life, and built an incredible family. He began living the life of his dreams.
Blair wrote a book called
"Little Voice" Mastery™
Do you feel like you are being controlled by your life – like you have little power, confidence or ability to create the life you dream of, or desire? Blair Singer knows what that feels like, he’s been there. At one time, his life was in the pits: He felt like all he had to look back on was a failed company and a failed marriage. In that moment, he had hit rock bottom and his “Little Voice” was screaming at him how small and dumb he was. The "Little Voice" Mastery book is the culmination of what Blair learned and practiced in his 25 year journey to ultimately, as he puts it, “Win the battle in my own head,” to master his “Little Voice” that was undermining his happiness and success.
